The programme involved seven live virtual modules spread over three months, plus a launch session and close session for all participants. Up to 100 participants were invited to the programme each year, attending each module in small groups. Topics included: my management style; developing others; shaping trusted relationships; getting my message across; credibly building the business; well-being – my resilience; and the promotion track. Participants completed relevant tools in advance of key sessions, to build their awareness of their own management style, their approach to conflict, and their resilience profile. We ran each live virtual session multiple times to get the right combination of group size, cross-organisational networking and time zones ranging from San Francisco to Hong Kong.
