It was designed by NMF with input from board level leaders, HR business partners and a sample of participants, before being piloted then rolled out globally. The programme included a three-day workshop focused on the themes of managing your style, team, people, and stakeholders. This was an immersive and engaging experience, aimed at establishing a shared management culture across the organisation and developing its general management pool. In addition to this in-person workshop, the programme included live virtual modules, online reading materials, plus groups working together to design and implement projects to implement the programme’s themes within all business areas.
