Skills development with groups included highly participative live virtual sessions on a range of topics, for example: facilitating virtually; handling conflict constructively; innovative thinking and problem solving; political savvy; succession management; resilience; storytelling; work-life integration; developing a vision; and confidence building. These were rolled out to hundreds of participants, receiving consistently excellent feedback.

We also worked with senior executive teams responsible for two of the firm’s top ten global accounts, helping them to operate as a team more effectively, develop a global view of their accounts, build succession planning and plan the approach to winning new work in competitive pitches.
