This development programme involved different modules delivered by external training providers, in tandem with the internal L&D team. The challenge was to ensure that while all the modules were on different topics, they all reinforced the same strategic priorities identified by the Bank. We designed and delivered an in-person development programme that ran over three days (including business actors and group coaching follow-up sessions), as well as a half-day masterclass and a one-day masterclass on the topic of interviewing skills and bias in decision-making for a total of 128 managers in the Bank, attending in groups of 12.
