We have designed and facilitated programmes for both the fee earner population as well as Business Services. The development programmes are designed to simulate real-life activities likely to be faced by employees in their future roles – to help individuals and the firm more broadly to consider long term succession planning decisions. The programmes are facilitated across four jurisdictions: UK & Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
