Peter Whitehead

Over more than 20 years, he has designed and delivered significant business change and leadership development programmes, including:

• Devising and implementing programmes on change management, leadership skills, management skills, communication, personal styles and business partnering.
• Facilitating strategy development with executive teams.
• Leading technology-enabled change programmes (Oracle ERP).
• Advising leadership teams on organisational structure.

Peter is a chartered accountant, a member of faculty for Manchester Business School and Thunderbird Business School. His prior experience includes management consulting with Ernst & Young, leading the EMEA finance practice for CEB (now Gartner) and executive recruitment with Heidrick & Struggles. He was also the business manager of a start-up derivatives trading firm in the City of London. Peter is accredited in the psychometric tools Lumina and Prophet. Peter also comments in the business press, most recently on the FT's Ignites Europe website.

He has delivered throughout the World, in English and French, including Africa, the Gulf (KSA, Kuwait, Dubai), China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium. His clients include SAGE, HSBC, Anglo American, AstraZeneca, GSK, John Lewis, SABIC, National Bank of Kuwait.

Peter lives in North London and travels widely for both work and pleasure. He bases himself in Sweden for the summer months.
