• One-to-one coaching for leaders – transitioning to a new company or role, or managing career break, performance coaching, career coaching.
• Coaching executive teams and boards – working with challenges around team purpose, alignment, strategic direction of travel, team dynamics, accountability, team reputation with external or internal stakeholders, stakeholder engagement, harnessing difference and inclusivity, leading transformation. Working with executive teams and boards that have gone through change and are new and building a strong foundation for success.
• Designing and running experiential leadership development programmes for different leadership cadres, women in leadership, high potentials, specialist talent that focus on mindset, behaviour and skills.
• Designing and delivering assessment and development programmes for recruitment, promotion and high potential and leadership purposes.
• Consulting on talent identification, management and development.

Des is a certified CTI coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, a certified Team Coach with the AoEC and accredited in the Schroder Behavioural Model from Princeton University. She is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming coach and accredited in a number of tools, including MBTI, SDI, Talent Q, Individual and Team Strengthscope, GCIndex. She has a degree in International Business and French and a postgraduate diploma in Organisational Development, specialising in Leadership.
