Sara Nanayakkara

Sara has 25 years of experience of consultancy, facilitation and coaching in organisations globally; having worked in 54 countries to date.

Her clients range from ambassadors and high commissioners at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, to teams at Bloomberg, Novartis, Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays. Sara’s specialisms include leadership development, change, and personal development.

Recent work involved working closely with British government departments such as the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Department of Work and Pensions, Business Innovation and Skills and the Cabinet Office, facilitating various programs and instigating culture changes within organisations.

Sara has an MSc in Coaching and Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources (Assoc. CIPD) and she is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC).  Sara is an approved facilitator for Dr. Brené Brown and delivers her programmes globally. She is licensed to use a number of psychometric tools including Insights Discovery, where she is a member of their faculty and trainer of trainers worldwide.

Sara has worked in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, India, South Africa, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, UK, and many more.
