Following a corporate career in customer service management, sales and training in the travel industry, latterly with British Airways, Lucy has worked in the learning and development sector for over 15 years, including as an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner. Lucy has worked with the NMF team since 2012, assisting with all areas of administration.
Lucy is a keen cook and has recently taking the plunge into open water swimming.
