Kate is a leadership development consultant and coach who specialises in helping organisations to drive performance through development of their people.
Kate has been working in the fields of strategy, OD and change management, and coaching for 15 years. She has partnered with clients in the private sector (with a particular focus on financial and professional services), public sector (central and local government), and third sector.
Her primary areas of focus are strategic facilitation, top team effectiveness and cultural change. Prior to working at Nicholson McBride Fisher, she did strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group, and was a solutions director at The Mind Gym.
The consistent thread throughout all her work is a deep fascination with people and relationships, and how this often lies at the heart of individual and organisational performance.
Kate holds an MPhil in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. She is accredited as an executive coach by the Association of Executive Coaching and an accredited Action Learning Facilitator. She holds an OD qualification from Ashridge Business School and is accredited to deliver the PROPHET and MAPP psychometric tools.
Countries Kate has worked in include the UK, USA, Switzerland, and Ireland. Selected clients include: Westminster City Council, Unilever, Department of Health, LEGO, UK Finance, Beazley, Macmillan Cancer Support, ExCeL London, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and Tower Hamlets City Council.
Kate loves all things cultural, and especially theatre and film. She is also dipping her toe into open water swimming (literally…!).
