Helen studied at the Universities of Cambridge (graduating top of her year) and Bristol. She has an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Helen is a guest speaker on master’s programmes running at the University of Cambridge and University College London. She is accredited for a number of psychometric tools, including: Insights Discovery, Hogan, Prophet, Lumina, Strengthscope and others. She was identified as one of the ’20 most inspiring women leaders of the year’ by The Women Leaders magazine. Helen is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals.
Outside work, Helen spends time in the Cornish sea in summer and on London amateur dramatics stages during the rest of the year.
