Gordon is an experienced senior manager, a British Psychological Society (BPS) chartered occupational psychologist and BPS chartered coaching psychologist. He is a Health Care Professions Council registered occupational psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the BPS and a member of the BPS committee for accreditation of postgraduate programmes in occupational psychology. He completed an Applied Occupational Psychology MSc following a BSc and has a postgraduate certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. He frequently runs learning labs for the continuous professional development of experienced coaches. He is a Civil Mediation Council trained mediator. He is currently completing a Professional Doctorate in organisational belonging, psychological safety and performance.
He holds BPS Registered Test User Qualification accreditation and is certified user of a wide range of psychometrics including: Saville Wave, NEO-PIR, Hogan, EQi2.0, EQi360, EiP3, ESCI, Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Risk Compass, Leadership Judgement Indicator, MTQ48, MBTI (Step 1 and 2), amongst others.
He has delivered work in the UK, France, Kosovo, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and worked with a wider range of companies through online delivery, including USA, Canda, Japan, UAE, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain and India. Clients have included, amongst others, Bentley Motors, Nissan, Balfour Beatty, Saudia Airlines, GB-Corp, Aspen Healthcare and a range of UK and overseas government departments and institutions.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, dogs and friends, running, cycling and racing motorbikes as part of the world’s oldest motorcycle racing club.
